About me
A former Leading Aircraft Mechanic with the Royal Navy's Fleet Air Arm with experience on both Lynx and SeaKing helicopters and then with the Air Engineering Department onboard HMS invincible. This was followed by a position at FR HiTEMP assembling and testing the missile launchers for the Eurofighter Typhoon before returning to Lincolnshire in 2002. Since then my focus has been in the coating and repair sector. Covering all stages of the process from application, engineering, quality and the laboratory before establishing the inhouse coating facility at Turbine Efficiency Ltd. My experience with both OEMs and independent service providers ensures I have a rounded view of the market This gives Holder Specialised Solutions the advantage of having experienced in both sectors and the ability to adapt to your requirements.
